How Our Process Works

1- Referral Received

• Once we receive your referral, we immediately connect your patient with a board-certified sleep physician.

2- Sleep Testing

• The patient is scheduled for an at-home or in-lab sleep test to confirm their diagnosis and determine severity.

3- Treatment Evaluation

• If the patient is a candidate for oral appliance therapy, we provide a custom-fitted device as an alternative to CPAP.
• If another treatment option is more appropriate, we ensure your patient is directed to the proper care.

4- Ongoing Support

• We handle follow-up adjustments, compliance checks, and communication so you remain updated without added administrative burden.
